Each project is priced individually and on the basis of several basic criteria. We divide orders into 2 basic categories – standard or certified (sworn) translations.

When pricing a particular job, the degree of difficulty of the translation is also taken into account, e.g. technical or medical translations are among the slightly more complicated ones, which is why their price is higher.

Sometimes even the translation of marketing materials may seem ordinary, but if it contains various technical elements, the price of providing such a service automatically increases.

With the different needs and expectations of our customers in mind, we have prepared several service options.

We divide translations into the following categories:

WRITTEN TRANSLATIONS – ordinary

Minimum price for one page of translation into Polish – 45PLN for 1800zss

The price of translation may increase by 25% to 50% compared to the initial price if the text contains specialised terminology and phraseology, including general law and/or elements of dialect, jargon, slang, archaisms or a large number of abbreviations and acronyms, as well as artistic translation, translation of advertisements with specific vocabulary, slogans, etc,

The price of the commissioned translation should be increased by 25 % over the initial price if the text:

(a) has been drawn up or filled in in handwriting,

(b) contain tables, graphs, etc.; or

(c) it is difficult to read because of the degree of deterioration or damage, the type of paper (glossy, glare-inducing paper), the absence of line spacing, small typeface, archaic or stylised alphabetical characters, character of writing, numerous grammatical, syntactical or phraseological errors, or the poor quality of a technically produced copy

If two or more of the above-mentioned impediments occur in the text, the discounts are added together.

Each additional certified copy of the translation or copy of the letter in Spanish ordered no later than the date of receipt of the translation by the person ordering it.

A page started is counted for the entire

in a format to be agreed in advance (Preferred formats are docx, PDF, Excel, PPoint)

If necessary, the interpreter should be given access to supporting texts in the language of translation or be put in contact with a consultant in the field.

The finished translation or a copy of the letter may be forwarded to the ordering person by post, electronically (as a scan) or collected by him/her in person on paper.

Delivery of the translation by post shall be at the expense of the client.

Each certified translation and certified copy of a document shall bear the certification formula, the seal of the sworn translator and his signature, and shall mention the heading under which the translation or copy is recorde

in repertory.
